These Terms of Service govern your use of axistaylor.com and the WooGraphQL Pro subscription and related products sold through it. Reading the blog and documentation at woographql.com is covered by a lighter set of terms at woographql.com/terms; this page applies once you create an account, place an order, or use a paid subscription.

Acceptance

By creating an account or completing checkout you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the paid services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a legally binding contract. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at [email protected] immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present a security or fraud risk.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Renewals. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown on the plan page until you cancel. We charge the payment method on file at each renewal.
  • Plan changes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from /account/subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current term continues until its scheduled end date.
  • Refunds. Subscription renewals are non-refundable after the first 14 days of the renewed period. First-time purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days. To request a refund, write [email protected].
  • Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we will retry the charge and email you. Subscriptions that remain unpaid past the grace period will lapse and license keys associated with them will deactivate.
  • Taxes. Listed prices exclude applicable sales, use, and VAT taxes, which are added at checkout based on your billing address.

License grant — WooGraphQL Pro

Active subscribers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the WooGraphQL Pro plugin and any accompanying JavaScript packages on the number of sites permitted by their plan tier. The license is valid only while the subscription is active. License keys are tied to your account and must not be shared.

Source code released under an open-source license (MIT, GPL, or similar) is governed by that license; you may redistribute or modify it under those terms, but the Pro subscription itself, including support, automatic updates, and license-key provisioning, is not part of the open-source grant.

Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Resell or sublicense WooGraphQL Pro license keys, downloads, or subscriptions.
  • Use the service to attack, scrape at abusive volumes, or attempt to subvert authentication.
  • Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property or applicable law.
  • Reverse-engineer the service in a manner that would breach the underlying open-source license terms.

Intellectual property

AxisTaylor, LLC owns the WooGraphQL Pro plugin, the AxisTaylor name, logo, and the design and content of axistaylor.com, except for components covered by separate open-source licenses (which retain their respective copyrights). Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of those assets to you.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXISTAYLOR, LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AxisTaylor, LLC harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or security/fraud risk. On termination, your license to WooGraphQL Pro ends, but any source code you obtained under an open-source license remains yours to use under that license.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which AxisTaylor, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis in that state, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP infringement.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email to account holders and by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
